Our organization has been in existence since 1963 for the purpose of promoting and enhancing professionalism in home building and associated businesses within the Tri-state area. To promote the home building trades and businesses we host the Tri-State Home Show each spring, and the Parade of Homes Tour™ in the fall.
We host monthly, dinner meetings the first Tuesday of each month, at Dubuque Shooting Society, from September through May. These meetings provide educational and networking opportunities for members to learn from local professionals and each other. The meetings include a cocktail hour, dinner, and program for $25.00 per person. Guests and potential members are always welcome.
You will receive a monthly newsletter announcing upcoming meetings, events, and general information of interest to our members. Your business will also be listed on our website. Seasonal events for fun and camaraderie include: a Baseball Game at Miller Park in April, Picnic in the Park in June, the Golf Outing in July, a River Cruise on the Mississippi in August and the Christmas Party in December. Our single membership (one member) is currently $100.00 and our multiple membership (two or more members) is $200.00. Membership is for the calendar year only and is not prorated.

New members are voted on at our monthly Board Meetings which are the first Monday of each month. You will be notified of your membership status.
